Service Quality Guarantee

The INS Group guarantees the following level of service quality on all of our low voltage communications services:

• All low voltage cables installed or relocated (data, fiber optics, voice and video) will be labeled with a machine-generated label on the cable, the faceplate, and rack
• All cables installed or relocated will be certified with a Fluke tester
• The tester label number will match the labels installed on the faceplate and cable
• Printed detailed test result for every cable installed or relocate

Warranty

There are two levels of warranty offered by the INS Group. We offer our own internal warranty on labor and we have partnered with and taken the required training to offer manufacturer warranties for Belden and Hubbell.

Warranty Offered by Belden: Due to our training and professionalism, the INS Group has attained CSV (Certified Systems Vendor) status with Beldon. Belden is offering a 25 year performance warranty on all connectivity components when installed by the INS Group. This manufacturer based warranty covers labor and material.

Hubbell Mission Critical Warranty: INS Group is a certified installer of the Hubbell Premise Wiring MISSION CRITICAL® Warranty Program. The Hubbell MISSION CRITICAL® program gives you an assurance of system success with a 25-year guarantee on the components, performance, and installation integrity of your structured cabling system.
